What This Report Includes
- Model: the Apple configuration name with colour, capacity and sales-region suffix (for example -USA).
- IMEI, IMEI2 and Serial Number: the identifiers of the unit; IMEI2 appears on models that have a second line.
- Warranty: Apple coverage, for example Active Warranty or Out Of Warranty.
- Demo Unit and Replacement: whether the unit was an Apple demo device or was issued as a replacement.
- FMI: Find My iPhone. ON means Activation Lock is active and the device needs the owner's Apple ID after a reset.
- Carrier: the Apple activation policy, i.e. the network the device is locked to, or "Unlock." for a factory unlocked device.
- Sim-Lock: the same verdict in one word, Locked or Unlocked.
Input: the 15-digit IMEI (dial *#06# on the phone) or the Apple serial number. MDM status is not part of this report: to see whether the device is enrolled in a company management profile, order the separate MDM On/Off Status check.
Important Notes
- The Carrier line is the Apple activation policy: it names the network the device is locked to; "Unlock." means the device is factory unlocked.
- Field coverage depends on what Apple holds for the device. Missing lines mean there is no record, and that does not qualify for a refund.
- This is a report only. The device is not unlocked and nothing is changed on it. Results are for reference. Final details are subject to official sources.
