About Unlocks.Site

What Unlocks.Site is

Unlocks.Site is an automated ordering platform for IMEI and serial-number checks and for official carrier unlocks. We have been operating since February 2025 and have completed more than 78,000 orders. The catalogue lists over 160 services with the price shown before you order.

How an order is fulfilled

Orders are passed to our data providers automatically, usually within seconds of submission, around the clock and without a manual queue. Results are delivered on the site and by email; Telegram notifications are optional. Checks are status reports: nothing is changed on the device. Unlock services are processed through the carriers' official IMEI unlock procedures and apply only to devices that meet the carrier's conditions.

Payments and refunds

You pay per order from a prepaid balance; there is no subscription. If a data provider rejects an order, the full price returns to your balance automatically. Details are in the Terms of Service.

What we do not do

We do not offer services for devices reported lost or stolen, and we do not circumvent activation or security features. Such use is prohibited by our Terms (section 7).
