QPE eSIM E-Code

What the E-Code Is

The QPE e-code is a 12-digit voucher for one QPE eSIM profile. You redeem it for the IMEI of your iPhone on the issuer's (SIMHUB) customize page and receive the profile as an eSIM QR code. QPE profiles are used together with a QPE-compatible SIM card, such as SIMHUB, R-SIM or Heicard.

Compatibility

• iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 series and iPhone SE (3rd generation).
• Qualcomm baseband only.
• The iPhone must support eSIM and have a physical SIM slot.
• A QPE-compatible SIM card is required.

What You Receive

• A 12-digit e-code (for example 123456789012), delivered instantly from our own stock.
• The code is blank when you get it: it is not tied to any device until you redeem it for your IMEI.
• The eSIM profile can be fetched again later with the same e-code, so you do not need to keep a screenshot of the QR code.

Important Notes

• One e-code = one eSIM profile = one device. Once redeemed for an IMEI, that binding is final: the code cannot be moved to another iPhone or redeemed a second time.
• Check the IMEI before you redeem the code. A typo uses up the code, and we cannot reissue it.
• The QPE profile is not a mobile plan: it carries no signal or data of its own, and it does not change the carrier status of the device in Apple's records.
• If the code cannot be delivered, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Once delivered, the code is yours and the order cannot be cancelled, the same as with any digital goods.
