US Reseller Flex Policy Unlock

Unlock Requirements

• The Next Tether policy of the device must read "US Reseller Flex Policy"; confirm with a GSX report before ordering. Devices with any other activation policy are reported back as NON_FLEX_IMEI.
• Standard tier: the device must be in good standing on the carrier side - no unpaid balance, no active contract or financing, no carrier block. Units that fail these checks come back as NOT_SUPPORTED or BLACKLISTED and are refunded; financed or in-contract units go to the Premium tier instead.

How It Works

• 1. Check the activation policy with a Full GSX report or the GSX Next Tether check: the Next Tether Policy line must say US Reseller Flex Policy.
• 2. Submit the 15-digit IMEI (dial *#06# on the phone to see it). The order is sent to the carrier side automatically.
• 3. Wait for the reply. Most orders complete within a day; the order stays in progress until the result arrives, and you are notified by email.
• 4. On Unlocked, insert a SIM from any carrier and let the phone activate. No code needs to be entered.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting the wrong carrier, an unsupported model or an already unlocked IMEI still consumes the order.
• Replies seen on this service: Unlocked (done), NOT_SUPPORTED (device not eligible), BLACKLISTED (carrier block on the IMEI), NON_FLEX_IMEI (another activation policy), Try_After_30_Days (resubmit after 30 days). Everything except Unlocked is refunded.
• Reseller Flex iPhones are sold unlocked and lock to the first US SIM inserted; after this service the phone activates with any SIM.
