Unlock Requirements

• Device locked to C Spire (Apple activation policy).
• The C Spire status is checked first and the unlock is applied when the status allows; unpaid devices are reported back with a pointer to the semi-premium path.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• The order completes with a status reply even when the device cannot be unlocked; that reply is the paid result and is not refunded.
• Submitting a device locked to another carrier or already unlocked still consumes the order.
