Unlock Requirements

• Device must be in good standing with AT&T: no unpaid balance, no carrier block on the IMEI, not active on another account.
• Devices holding a blocking status are reported back and not unlocked.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting the wrong carrier, an unsupported model or an already unlocked IMEI still consumes the order.
• Second source of the standard IMEI unlock with the same rules as the main service; a device that does not qualify completes with its AT&T status (Unpaid payments, not found in the AT&T database) instead of an unlock.
