Requirements

• Verizon IMEI reported lost or stolen or otherwise blocked; the report is removed and the ESN reads clean.
• Devices with a pending loan or outstanding balance are rejected.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting an IMEI that is already clean or belongs to another carrier still consumes the order.
• Cleaning changes the blacklist status only; it does not SIM-unlock the device.
