Dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI.
Service Description
| Success Rate 100% checks always return a result |
Refund Policy Automatic if rejected |
Important Notes
- Japanese network-restriction status of the IMEI at KDDI (au): Clean means no restriction, Blocked means the device is barred for unpaid instalments or a theft report.
- The reply follows the same three-line format as the SoftBank and docomo checks: Model Name, IMEI Number, Finance Status. IMEIs unknown to KDDI come back without a status, which is not a refund case.
- This is a report only. The device is not unlocked and nothing is changed on it. The status can change later if the carrier updates its record.
