Unlock Requirements

• Device locked to Xfinity Mobile with a clean IMEI: not reported lost or stolen, no fraud flag.
• Xfinity's own rule is 60 days of activation and a paid-off balance; recently financed units may be refused.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting the wrong carrier, an unsupported model or an already unlocked IMEI still consumes the order.
• Sold without warranty: a completed order is final, with no re-processing or refund if the unlock does not hold.
