Unlock Requirements

• Device locked to Bell, MTS, Virgin or Solo (Apple activation policy).
• Clean IMEI: not reported lost or stolen, no unpaid balance, not active on another account.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting the wrong carrier, an unsupported model or an already unlocked IMEI still consumes the order.
• Canadian carriers unlock their own customers' devices free of charge under CRTC rules; this IMEI service is for units that cannot go through the carrier, e.g. bought second-hand or without account access.
