Unlock Requirements

• Device locked to O2 UK or Tesco Mobile.
• Clean IMEI only: out of contract, no unpaid balance, not reported lost or stolen, not barred or blacklisted.

Important Notes

• Once submitted the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
• A rejected order is refunded to your balance automatically, in full.
• Submitting the wrong carrier, an unsupported model or an already unlocked IMEI still consumes the order.
• Completed orders return the unlock code to enter on the phone.
